The LES Book Fair on February 26 and 27 was a huge success. All proceeds went toward purchasing books to give to our students each year! We are incredibly grateful to our students, teachers, families, custodial staff, and dedicated volunteers—including retired teachers Joanne Saracino, Lorraine Wolfer, Irene Cheney, Marcia Bilancini, Darlene Rawden, and PTA President Katelin Perry—who made this event possible.
In the 10th-grade Life Skills class, students engaged in hands-on learning by simulating real-world transactions, practicing accurate change-making, and developing essential financial literacy skills.
